focuseslens provides professional photography, cinematography, and post-production services. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of the shoot. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Copyright and Usage Rights
focuseslens retains copyright to all images and footage produced. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their service agreement. Images may not be altered, copied, or distributed without written permission.
5. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, focuseslens reserves the right to use images from your session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
